Join us before sunset, as we calm the mind and set new intentions for the days ahead.

THE MARCH 24TH EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 HEALTH CRISIS. JOIN US ON INSTAGRAM FOR A LIVE BROADCAST OF THE SUN SETTING FROM OUR BEAUTIFUL CAPTIVA ISLAND BEACH. BROADCAST WILL BEGIN AT 7:35PM EST. YOU CAN STILL DONATE TO SCCF’S SEA TURTLE PROGRAM HERE.

Each January through April at the new moon, Ambu Yoga hosts a very special guided beach meditation for charity.  All donations collected help support the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation's Sea Turtle Research Program.  This very important initiative helps protect native sea turtles and their nests on the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

Open to the public. $20 suggested donation. Please bring a towel or blanket to sit on. All levels welcome, this is not a movement class.

In case of inclement weather, this event will be held at our studio.
