ISLAND Yoga at CCA

Ambu Yoga Founder, Yali Zawady is again partnering with the Captiva Civic Association for the 2026 winter season. Classes will be held at the Captiva Civic Association beginning February 3rd and will run to April 9th, 2026. All sessions are open to the public.

YOGA FLOW

Tuesdays & Thursday @ 9:15am - 60 min.

Inspired by the natural island vibes of Captiva, this vinyasa flow practice links invigorating breath to mindful movement. We'll explore inner-strength, postures, and balance, and integrate different wellness elements into the practice. Let this class create space for growth on your mat in a supportive environment. Multi-level. Yoga experience recommended but not required.

GENTLE YOGA

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 10:45am - 60 min.

Experience ease and tranquility on your mat. This slower-paced class focuses on gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation. Increase your flexibility, body awareness, and stress relief. A great compliment to other physicals activities. All levels welcome.

  • Single Class Pass - $29

  • One Month Pass - $195

    30-day expiration. Limit 1 class/day.

    Pass begins on the date of first session. Month passes are for one student only and are non-shareable and non-transferrable.

  • 2026 Season Pass - $395

    -Enjoy access to all regular CCA yoga classes from February to April 2026

    -1 Buddy Pass (allows friend to accompany you to class)
