Ambu Yoga Founder, Yali Zawady is again partnering with the Captiva Civic Association for the 2026 winter season. Classes will be held at the Captiva Civic Association beginning February 3rd and will run to April 14th, 2026. All sessions are open to the public.

YOGA FLOW

Tuesdays & Thursday @ 9:15am - 60 min.

Inspired by the natural rhythm and beauty of Captiva Island, this Vinyasa Flow class connects breath with fluid, intentional movement. Build strength, improve balance, and deepen body awareness while exploring a variety of postures and integrated wellness elements. Move, reset, and grow in a supportive, welcoming space. Suitable for all levels—some yoga experience is helpful, but not required.

GENTLE YOGA

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 10:45am - 60 min.

Unwind into a sense of ease and tranquility with this slower-paced, gentle practice. Through body stretching, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, you’ll improve flexibility and release built-up tension. This class offers moments to explore and gently deepen your practice, all within a calm, welcoming space to reset and restore. Suitable for all levels.

  • Single Class Pass - $29

    30-day expiration. Limit 1 class/day.
